Pattern: All fish were caught on wood and banks with current flipping a tube and casting swim jigs and spinnerbaits.

May 28th- Thursday Night Pool 7, 5 fish Tournament- 4th Place
Weight: 4 fish: 7.5 lbs
Pattern: We caught our fish junk-fishing topwater, tubes, and senkos. The bite was extremely tough.

May 31 -Bass World Sports Lansing Division-Pool 9- 11th Place
Weight: 5 fish: 11.62 lbs
Pattern: Flipping grass banks and stumps with tubes and jigs.

June 8th- 4 hour Club Tournament, Pool 8- 1st Place

Pattern: Casting swim jigs to submerged weeds and gravel for Spring to Summer transition fish.

Pattern: Dragging tubes on Lake Winnebago reefs for smallmouths.
Earnings: $0 (I gave up on BFL's for the year at this point)
June 28th- WBFN Jr. State Tournament- Oshkosh- 1st Place
Weight: 5 fish: 11.12 lbs
Pattern: Flipping docks and seawalls with a sweet beaver in current. Also caught an important fish on a frog in 6" of water, duckweed.

July 23-25- Stren Series Detroit River Co-angler-1st place
Weight: 15 Fish: 45 lbs 4 oz
Pattern: Dragging and casting a 3/8 oz drop shot with 3" gulp black leech or 5" senko in 16-18 ft on Lake St. Clair.

August 14- BFN Jr. Northern Divisional-Little Bay De Noc/Big Bay De Noc, Michigan- 3rd Place
Weight: 2 fish: 6-11
Pattern: Casting a 3/8 oz drop shot with 3" gulp black leech to gravel and sand drop offs from 6 feet into 30 ft. Fish were on the edge in 6 ft. Unfortunately the waves were also 6 ft and we could not effectively fish the spot.

Pattern: fishing topwaters for smallmouths on wingdams.

Pattern: Fishing jerkbaits for main channel smallmouths. Some small (2-1/2 lb) largemouth were caught on main channel wood and rock.
